What is the foundation of your pursuits and habits?

Why Strength Train?

Strength training is a key factor in your body's ability to respond to a load and generate the appropriate force to overcome it. No matter how young or old you are, the benefits are numerous!

The goal of strength training is to provide an adequate stimulus for your body, while minimizing risk for injury.

Why develop your aerobic capacity?

Your aerobic capacity is defined as your body's ability to uptake oxygen to be utilized by your body tissues. The more you train, the more efficient this process becomes.

Training aerobically consists of many options to fit your daily life and desires!

Why choose nutrient dense foods?

YOUR body's macronutrient needs are based upon your age, height, weight, activity level and goals.

Understanding your macronutrient needs and executing each day will transform how your body utilizes fuel for training and recovery.

Why mobility AND stability?

Mobility is the range of motion a joint can be taken through. This is based upon tissue length, neural control and joint structure.

Stability is holding joint position and resisting an outside force. This is based upon the active attibutes of muscle strength and muscle length, as well as the passive joint structure components.

It is important to have a balanced approach in order to remain mobile, yet not overly resistive. To have the ability to build tension while supporting that tension to explode.
